There are jobs that work better in legacy while others work better in support. Melee specially work better in Standard movement. While ranged jobs work better in legacy. Now, this is just from my personal experience, but I'm sure the pro QA playtesters at Square-Enix can verify this as well, specially for jobs like monk which need to position every skill.
