Squadron Command Missions Needs To Be Fully Actualized

So I’ve only been playing this game for a little over a month now and I have just recently unlocked Squadrons. It was something I didn’t even realize I was missing.

Just as a bit of background, I’m a total sucker for AI companion games(Tales series, SW KOTOR, SWTOR, kingdom hearts, most of the FF series, etc). In FF14 squadrons, you can accomplish the same features as the games above. You can customize your teams look, class, and recruits. It turns a normal mmo into a full fledged dungeon crawler.

One of the other biggest draws for me is that I can do a dungeon at my own pace. This way, I can learn the mechanics a bit better from every job perspective. As a new player, I always feel like I’m flailing because people are RUSHING to get through as fast as possible.

Then there is the loot. If I see a gear upgrade for my job(or a cool minion) and vote on it, I’m going against others in the team who might need it. Squadron Command missions obviously don’t need that system and you simply obtain anything that’s found.

Experience! Did I mention experience? It’s an effective way to level your dps jobs while not having to wait 15-20+ mins in queue.

With all this in mind, I ask: Why hasn’t this been fleshed out more? It should include all of the dungeons (minus the raids).
