Did some searching and I couldn't find anyone else pointing this out, so here goes.
I was watching old cutscenes for fun at the inn today and realized that when you see off Vonard and Theylar, one of your dialogue choices is different depending on which city state you start in. The quote comes from either Merlwyb, Raubahn, or Kan-e-senna during the Lominsan/Ul'dahn/Gridanian Envoy quest at level 14.
Here's Merlwyb's
Raubahn's is "Strike fast and true, for victory belongs to the bold."
Kan-e-senna's is "The path shall ever be revealed to those who are true of heart."
Kinda heartwarming, knowing that the WoL remembers that even if only vaguely.
