Just a lore/plot question. I'm at the patch quest where Gaius has met up with you and the party for the first time as a defector and he talks about when he ordered the halt of the production of the chem weapon.
I remember being informed about this from a blue quest or perhaps part of the MSQ a while back. You did scouting and found out about it earlier. I feel like it was a quest alongside quite a minor character at the time. Can someone remind me who this was? Or what the quest line was?
