I noticed then when I cast a spell, any spell with casting time, really I can start moving before the end of it and still complete the cast. And similar thing happens with mobs: if I move out of AoE before they end the cast I still will suffer it if I will move out too late but before cast ends. This effect is consistent, it happens around last 1/4 or 1/3 of casting bar.
So, I wonder: is it issue with my connection or overall game problem? Generally, I would not mind it, knowing that I need to move out of aoe before last quarter of mob casting bar works most of the time but raising in levels it starts to become a serious issue as bosses in dungeons start to hit faster, harder and more often and I literally have 1/3 or 1/4 less time to react.
P.S. internet connection itself should not be an issue, I'm in Finland and speed test shows ~90 Mbps when connecting to German (middle of Europe, no idea where FFXIV servers are).
