Spell purposes?

Is there currently a list available that describes what each of these spells do?

I see a modifier list and a list of where to hunt for these spells, but I don't see a list that describes the purpose of some of these yet.

I know some of them, but I'm very new to BLU. I was looking to see if there was anything that even closely resembled a Magic D type buff.

Amplification?
Saline Coat?
