I recently had an error that kept me from playing, so I submitted both a SE Supprt Center ticket and posted in the Tech Support forums here. The people who responded were helpful and my problem was eventually resolved, but a couple of things that I noticed could have made this problem better and less frustrating at least.
A. When someone submits a Support Center ticket, have someplace they can go to (like their Mogstation account or something) to see the ticket and view it's status. So they know if it's been reviewed or not, still in-work or not, etc.
B. Why is there no file verification and/or file repair tool for a game of this size!? Or at least make it so the basic game files can be downloaded separately like the expansion files can be. It took me 14+ hours (traveling, so am on hotel Wifi and don't have my discs) to download the ENTIRE GAME (51GB) needed to do a full fresh install instead of repairing or downloading the one specific basic game file I figured out was corrupt (020000.win32.dat1). This is sorely needed, especially since the game is only getting bigger.
