I officially think I have been gone to long, cause I have no f-ing clue what that means.

its new from this update boots basically you earn points to pop the new NM's tier 1 2 3 4 5 Tier 1 you access right away then ra/ex drop off the nms you turn that i to access the next tier

aka i kill collibri nm turn it in get maroon seal when i buy tier 2 it used points and my seal which then becomes apple green seal which same as before but now that im on tier 3 i mist pop and kill all 3 tier 3's for their ra/ex for 3 diff seal colors to pop hydra when it drops its ra/ex i must relpeat it all over again for cerb and khim once i have those 3 ra/ex seals im sure i can pop Pandemonium
