So the last leg for Smithing from 55-60 is gonna require making DS bolt heads. The heads rarely sell, so I was wondering if anyone would either be interested in buying them off me to skill up WW, or if anyone with high WW would be willing to help me out by making them into bolts if I provided the mats.

Darksteel bolts don't really sell either (not to mention that you're going to end up with at least 720 boltheads with very generous assumption of level per 24 synths). I've generally made either gauntlets (57) or breastplates (58) till 57, and then worked on nodowa (66 so it'll break a good bit). All of that npcs for modest loss. Or if you have the patience to wait for AH sales, darksteel sollerets (used to make thick) and haidate (used to make cursed haidate) both cap at 62 and sell somewhat.
 
I remember doing nodowa for a while, but that was ages ago when the markets were different. Not sure what's the best idea atm.
 
I did darksteel boltheads then on a wood mule, did darksteel bolts. I subsequently leveled RNG to 75 so I didn't waste all the arrow/bolt heads. I still have quite alot of arrow/bolt heads too.

I have some quivers left. Next time I go to dynamis as RNG i'll check. At the moment, I don't exactly want to break apart quivers.
 
I'm in the final legs of goldsmithing, clothcraft and alchemy. I'm in need of lots of philosopher's stones, platinum leaves, and gold nuggets. I'm willing to pay AH or NPC price, whichever is higher.
