Date & Time: Since the 5.3 Ishgard Ranking Season ended.

Character name: All characters - this isn't specific to me.
Players who (i) acquired the Saint of the Firmament title from the "Phase III Divine Ascension" achievement but (ii) do not have the same title from the Phase II Ishgard rankings are unable to use macros to set their title to Saint of the Firmament.
This is annoying for players that have macros to switch between their classes and who use a different title depending on the class. Someone who acquired the Saint of the Firmament title from the Phase II Ishgard rankings can use the following line in a macro and set their title:
/title set "Saint of the Firmament"
However, if someone who acquired the same title but only from the Phase III Ishgard rankings tries to use the same macro, it will give them the "unable to use that title" error.
There is currently (to my knowledge) no way in the macro to specify that you want to apply the Phase III title and not the Phase II title.
