Yes you can report them but sadly nothing hardly ever gets done about it. It's hard to believe that in this day of video games, a developer can't at least try to take care of the bots.
If you don't care about them, why have the support link to report them.
I have video and screen shots of MANY bots just killing things in Mor Dhona. They are underground and invisible but when they are killing something it shows their name.
I know ALL games have bots and I know it's a problem but at least the other developers try to combat it. Yes I know you post how many accounts you have banned etc.. but I don't believe it when I read it seeing how many bots there still are.
People selling gil out in the open, killing things without being visible.. You MUST have a way to catch one and ban the entire account. Blacklist them so they have to start over again instead of just flaunting it in the faces of the people that are actually playing the game.
I am sure this post will get moved, or deleted and treated like all the other reports any of us have done in the past... but I thought it needed to be said. I am a playing fair PAYING customer. Please at least put up a better front in handling this.
