The event will be ending at 7am PST / 10am EST / 3pm GMT.
Don't miss out on getting your free Consider emote and some discounted Gold Saucer items!
All you need to do for the event is get the quest from the NPC in Ul'dah just outside the main aetheryte (9,9 on the map) and talk to a few NPCs inside the Gold Saucer to get the emote and a one-time consumable item to earn 5k MGP - it all takes only 5-10 minutes.
You can ignore the bit afterward about the Haunted Mansion - that's only if you want to play with the NPC glamours again that they had last year, there are no other rewards involved.
They also added 3 new housing furnishings (the crane machine, mining game, and botanist game) to the event vendor for 200k MGP each. Considering that the first set of three arcade machines were moved to one of the other Gold Saucer vendors permanently even after the event ended (but the price went up to 300k), the new set will probably also still be purchaseable after the event - but then again, they've been weird about the Rainmaker hairstyle not coming back, so who can say.
The event vendor with the new and discounted items is at the bottom of the small steps of the main lobby, between the main aetheryte and the counter, and can be accessed even before participating in the event.
