Hai, I'm Raz and I believe our static fall into the category of semi-hardcore phase!
Currently we are looking for:
- a TANK (any tank really)
- a RANGE
- a MELEE (non-DRG)
Weekly Schedule are as follows:
9PM - 12AM GMT+8 for 3-4 weekdays/ends
Afternoon/evening during either a saturday or sunday
Generally, we would ideally like to have 9 to 12 hrs of total raiding time weekly.
Ultimately we are aiming to clear the entire tier within 2-3weeks
Ideally 2, while we clear the first 3 floors on week1 and proceed to finish on week2, but still it's not do or die, week 3 is still within the goal
We will discuss if everyone is keen to put extra hours on week1!
Characteristics we are looking for in a raid member:
Punctual - We respect and value time, as such we hope that we could make the most out of the allocated raid times.
Committed - We wish to find people who strive to do their best to aid the group in overcoming the content until we get the clear. It is VERY important for everybody to commit to the group till we see the end of this.
Responsible - As we're not world progging or super hardcore going into this, everyone is expected to excel in their class and able to do research/homework during downtime in help of more smooth progging pace. Looking at our schedule, we don't really have a lot of raid times so everyone is also to be expected to perform their best! both in term of DPS and mechanically.
Receptive - Discussions will happen during/after raiding and we hope to find open-minded individuals who are able to listen to feedback and contribute to constructive feedback without getting personal about it. We're here to play game and hopefully gitgut.
Flexible - We are seeking for individuals who will be willing to do whatever it takes to aid the group in clearing the content, this includes following through with an unorthodox strat that might not be optimized for their own DPS but is easy to execute during the first clear. It is also a big plus if you are able to flex into different jobs within your role.
