When looking into how Summoner and Scholar level at the same time, I ran across a few mentions of how it may be "optimal" to focus leveling the job you want to play more often instead of switching between both.
Their reasoning was that because they both share Arcanist as their base class, the stats will distribute based on the job that you leveled up with (Summoners will get more Intelligence, Scholars will get more Mind, etc.). If this is the case, leveling as a Scholar for the quick queue times when you want to main Summoner later on will hurt your Summoner DPS a bit compared to focusing on Summoner and getting as much Intelligence as possible as you level. Picking up Scholar after leveling Summoner real high would hurt your healing potential as you don't have as much Mind.
I'm sure the difference is minor but I've been curious for a while now and kind of stopped leveling my Summoner because of it.
I've tried searching for more recent info on this but couldn't find anything so I was wondering if anyone here could shed a bit of light on whether this is still the case and/or whether it was true or not in the first place.
