the set does require a material that only drops from airship ventures, which may be why.. but said material is tradeable, and you can get all pieces of the set through retainer ventures (or could, they did say that some items were removed from quick ventures this patch)
either way, it's literally the same item, not even recolours like the mounts. kinda lame for so many leaves. They added some other random items that can be found elsewhere too, like the Lesser Panda (The Aery), Korpokkur Kid (Saint Mocianne's NM), Ixion Clarion and Tamamo Headband (special SB fates).. but those aren't packaged in new items that look like they could be something new. Plus, getting any of these through the original method is probably way easier than fumbling through several weeks of Titan Unreal PF.
the exclusive items are still the Incitatus mount and Sand Fox minion, along with the new Construct VI-S mount. Incitatus can be bought with Gold WT certificates, but the minion and construct mount are truly exclusive and can only be bought with faux leaves.
