So I got the physical ARR special edition for PS4 at launch, and downloaded Heavensward when it came out but haven’t played since around that time. Complete is on sale so I picked it up on PSN so I’d have everything and wouldn’t have to worry about the disc. However, I upgraded to a PS4 Pro a few months ago and don’t have XIV installed on it or my external HDD, but I don’t have the option to download any version of the game that shows up on the store. When I go to XIV in my library, it only shows ‘Start’, but when I click it, it tells me it can’t find the application and directs me to the store, where it takes me to the Starter edition which only has the option to purchase. I followed one thread I found here that suggested to download Heavensward via the PS Store tab in my library, which I was able to do, but the game still doesn’t show up on my PS4. Anybody know how to fix this?
I know topics like this are pretty common on here, but I couldn’t find one that addressed my specific issue, so sorry/thanks in advance!
