As it currently is after around 8-9pm PST it is impossible to get frontlines to queue due to not being able to get 72 people when prior to this you could always get it to queue with at least 24 people regardless of the time.
As someone who likes to PVP this change has made it almost impossible to do at least on a weekday anymore and not sure exactly why it was changed as it's not feasible to get 72 people during non peak hours.
