Pld Dmg Mitigation Question

Hello all,

This is my first time posting here and also I am a very new player (only been playing for about a month). I love the game so far and I'm playing with friends and that makes even better. I'm the tank in our group and I decided to go with a paladin and currently I'm level 62. I'm having a difficult time with a few things and therefore I have a some questions:

1. Reprisal:
   1. When is the best time to use it?
   2. How does it work?
   3. Is it worth keep in rotation?
      1. I try to keep my damage mitigation buffs lined up on my hotbar lined up from used frequently to used infrequently and I keep reprisal near the front, but from what I'm reading it works for AOE only. Is that true?
      2. Along these same lines, is there a recommended order to line all these damage mitigation buffs up, from emergency use to "oh shit, we are in trouble!"
2. Attack Rotation:
   1. Is there a specific rotation for attacking?
   2. With only 12 slots to a hotbar, I'm having trouble keeping all of my attack abilities on one bar. I've been keeping all of my AOE attacks together on the second hotbar, but then I have to hit CTRL + # to access it. Its just annoying.
      1. Its probably worth mentioning that I play with a keyboard and mouse and the mouse I use is the Razer Naga (has 12 buttons on the left side, near the thumb). It makes it very easy, but I still have to utilize CTRL, ALT, SHIFT, to access various hot bars.

I'm sorry for the long post and outline, but I had many questions. Believe me, I've been googling and just couldn't find anything specific. I would like some answers (if possible), but don't feel like you have to answer them all yourself. I'm hoping that over time, they all will be answered by various users all together.
