To my dismay, I tried to log in to FF14 today to do family RP with my girlfriend but it tells me that the servers are offline and I can not play the game... I'm a really busy man IRL and I'm a very important person so I can't play video games every day. So Tuesday 10pm~12am (I live in California) is the time I set aside to play with my girlfriend together and it's our little escape during this pandemic. I could not do so this week, because apparently the game has to go under maintenance to patch some error caused by a player? Look, I don't need the patches since the game does not bug out for me so why is it maintaining my FF14 too? Why can't they just patch the error and do maintenance for the naughty people who are causing bugs? Since I play this game every week only... that means a quarter of my playtime is gone to them doing maintenance on my FF14 for some reason... even though I have no bugs. So if possible I'd like to request a partial refund, which should be around $3.
