Quicker/better to just build your own group and go.

The one benefit of the whole system is you don't have to stand at the entrance waiting, you can go do other stuff while getting or waiting for a group to pop.
 
Yeah.. Duty finder needs some work. Though it did get me into a Garuda party after about 45mins of waiting lol. I almost logged off for the night when I finally got a hit.
