I think the general idea is:
If you have Formor hate... then you will get aggro with low hp AND/OR no sneak.
If you no Fomor hate... then you will not get low HP aggro AND/OR without sneak.
Best bet is just make sure to kill beastmen on the way to the Aquaducts or to the Sacarium. There is NO WAY to win these NM's and have Fomor Hate.

These dudes are in parties, usually BRD, RDM, PLD, MNK, BLM & SAM (or RNG)
The Samuari will wipe your butt on the ground, hands down. I believe it's the SAM who has the TP move that reduces party TP to 0.
But basically, the Keremet can be done without Fomor hate reset although getting to the fight would be a complete bitch. But the battle with the professor cannot be done with high Formor hate, unless you clear the room:
This guy spawns babies that you cannot attack... and if add Fomor hate, you are dead. :split:
