I called for Kite 4 times at 9% and was ignored. BLM's had less than 100 Mp and Healers in tank party had less than 50 MP. Just needed some MP to finish the job.
 
@Nekio Gordie was saying orders in /l chat since everyone was chatting and had macros in /pt chat~
 
Yeah I know... that's why I suggested that we should keep chat in /l and let whoever's leading the run use /p exclusively, since for most people it's easier to see.
 
Or keep chat only to necessary chatting. You can yap and banter after the event. During an event, you focus and get a job done.

Did the mages not bring mp potions/drinks?

MP potions and drinks aren't needed when you have that many in the alliance. Gordie summed it up well. Trying to push from 9% to 0% with the MP he mentioned in the alliance i'm not surprised it happened tbh.

Everyone should have RR, including WHM!

Being able to cast reraise does not excuse anyone from not having a RR item. When you dead you have limited MP and that MP might be needed to save someones ass.

I also don't mean to offend anyone either but macos like:

"Refresh PlayerX"
"CureIV PLayer X"
"Souleater [insert emo comment here]"

are a pain in the ass and spam party chat for no reason what so ever really.

You can miss a lot when people have things to say with their macros. Normally I have Party chat on hold so i don't miss people talking but have to turn it off when people use the above so i don't miss enemy TP moves, buffs wearing etc hense it is likely i would miss important info myself.

Bad luck on losing guys, that sucks. Sometimes lessons are learnt from thing slike this =o
 
I think it was just outright bad luck really. Things were pretty smooth until Jif died then by some stroke of intense bad luck, I got hit with dual criticals: First for 1k, then the second for 700. Really weird thing is, I had W.legs on and it still was able to catch up to me while kiting...does Omega have natural +movement speed?

The fight would've ended sooner too, but was it me or was Omega on magic resist mode for like 90% of the fight? I fought him a handful of times before but he never stayed in one from for so long. We were at like 2% and BLMs couldn't damage /sigh

To top things up, Jif and I died, we got raised, then as soon as I casted Flash to start kiting again it hit both of us PLD with that AOE...Just bad luck.

Oh and RR items. Even I forgot to bring that. That would've saved us a bit since alot of people didn't have.

I really would like to apologize to Soundwave. This is a tremendous loss that shouldn't have occured. Really sorry man, but we'll have more chances at Omega and he'll eat dirt time and again.
 
ok heres the deal guys, as this is becoming a reocurring problem. DO AS U ARE INSTRUCTED BY MYSELF OR SACKS. leadership is here for a reason. Ur sacks are : Hilfy, Gordie, Gunman, Pitlith, and ofcourse im the shellholder. For things to happen as needed, we need people to be able to work as a team. if gordie asks something to be done, do it. dont take time to question it, just do it. wayyyy to many cheifs and not enough indians. i hate to have to come down on this, but its needed. if anyone doesnt do as instucted u will be removed from the alliance. i dont want to come to this but if needed, it will be done.
