Trying to get my friend to resub after years, and he agreed! Sweet! So he went to log in and it said password or id incorrect. He clicked forgot password. Went through the process. It said password successfully changed. Goes to log in and says incorrect. After trying this a few times it locked him out saying try again in a few minutes. Since technical support is janked right now I'm not sure to what to from here.
