Has anyone else been getting this message in tell?

The link doesn't work and when I went to reply "Thanks for the spam", they were gone. It was someone who was world visiting too, which always seems to happen.
Is there anything actually behind this, or is it just spam?
And yes I know the link goes to a login, but I didn't login cause it should have just been the forums. Also when I looked up the 417227 number in the search here it when to a non-english forum about changing the FFXIV main screen or whatever.
