For anyone that will call customer service for any reason (tech support, etc), please, please, plzzzzzzzz sober up from drowning yourself in alcohol, and try to refrain from smokin teh reef for a while before making the call. I just had one of my longest calls, 1 hour long, from a guy who was drunk and was smoking. All he wanted to do was to thank us... I swear, I will kill any one of you that does this.

Funny funny. I literally saw my screen go to screen saver 3 times (15 minutes inactivity x3). After pacing for several minutes, sitting on my desk, staring at the ceiling, I just basically told him to get off the phone, over and over. (without actually saying those words of course )
