Currently the optimal Ninja rotation has a heavily packed TA and not much to do outside of it.
(To those that want proof, check the Balance discord Nin rotation planner.)
Some suggestions so Nin is not so bland outside TA:
1. Kassatsu 30 secs cooldown. (Even if it is nerfed a bit, would be nice to be able to use it outside of TA. Like GNB can use Gnashing Fang outside burst.)
2. Bring back the old Shadowfang. This was the biggest complaint of 5.1 Nin but the devs have been ignoring it. SF is now only a button to press when it glows, not a real dot.
3. gcd ninjutsu button with Ogcd mudras. Some people suggested this when 5.1 hit. Just want to point it out again because there are people unhappy with the current version of Nin and nothing has been done to address those concerns.
If not, at the very least, make SKS affect jutsus. Casters can tweak their spell speed if they want so let us do it to.
