Hi! I started FF14 a couple of times on the PC but never got past ~20 hours or so in the ARR. I saw that this is now coming to switch and I’m a massive switch fan (though I play mostly cozy games on switch), so decided to try again to get into it.
But I’m getting quite overwhelmed with the number of buttons and controls on the switch controller. Even on the keyboard I remember having to reconfigure things to be more intuitive given just the massive number of buttons and UI this game has.
I saw a few videos on control tips and tricks but they seem to be geared for much higher levels with dozens of skills. Does anyone have good tips or resources for beginners who are starting on controllers? Really want to just get the basics of where to put my first few skills, if I need to change keybinds for targeting and maps, etc.
