Steps:
1. Go to the location
2. Jump onto one of these long plant pots
3. Walk around
4. See how the grass is tilting away from you and outside the pot
I checked other areas with plant pots and couldn't observe that bug, but I also didn't check all areas and the respective planters were a different 3D model altogether. Some also didn't have any collision physics like this to begin with.
