So I got my hubby to join in but we are trying to get b as ck the secret q and a .. so we brought up the support center to get it reset... and when we filled out the info it keeps saying email is incorrect but it's the right email copy and pasted from the registration email... yet it says its invalid even with copy paste and typing can get on the ps4 with it but cant renew I until we reset the password and we need the q and a we lost
