Ive started playing in pc a few weeks ago full version. My pc isnt that great so i decided to buy ps4 complete edition to play there with my account.
Thing is i had already linked my psn account to an old ffxiv account (created during a trial or psn plus version, i dont remembr). At that time i didnt play much, so everything in that account is worthless.
I've submitted an "unlink psn account form" , ive contacted support, I have even agreed to have my old account disabled via email with support but they have stopped responding me. It's been five days now and still i cant play with my account in ps4.
I need to know if I will be able to play in ps4, otherwise i need to ask playstation for a refund. But i dont want that, i just want to plat with my main account in ps4.
Please, help, what should i do .
