### I Need Help With an FFXIV Free Company Leadership Issue
Basically, while I was away on an extended break from *Final Fantasy XIV*, leadership of my Free Company was transferred to **Furna Angora@Jenova**.
I have since returned and have been trying to arrange a transfer of Free Company leadership back to me. Unfortunately, I have been unable to actually speak with them because they only appear to log in for very short periods of time. I have sent multiple messages attempting to contact them and work this out, but I have not received a response.
At first, I assumed they may simply not have realized that they had inherited leadership. However, this pattern has continued for **almost nine months**. During that time, the same pattern of logging in (to reset the auto transfer to another member) for only a few minutes and then disappearing for weeks has continued.
The result is that the Free Company is effectively stuck. We cannot properly move forward with leadership decisions or make the progress we would like to make.
I have previously submitted reports to Square Enix/Game Masters and provided evidence regarding the situation. At this point, I have put together what is probably my most detailed report yet, including the recorded login times, logout times, session lengths, and the amount of time between each login.
I'm not trying to start drama or harass anyone. I simply want to find a legitimate way to resolve the leadership situation and get my Free Company moving forward again.
### What I'm Asking
If anyone has dealt with a similar Free Company leadership situation, I'd appreciate advice on what options may be available.
If you believe this situation warrants bringing to the attention of the Game Masters, please use your own judgment and follow Square Enix's normal reporting procedures rather than harassing or contacting the player directly.

I am asking Square Enix/Game Masters to review this situation and determine whether there is an appropriate way to resolve the Free Company leadership issue.
I would simply like the opportunity to regain leadership of the Free Company I previously led, or otherwise find a legitimate solution that allows the Free Company and its members to move forward.
