It isn't a nerf for the 1 gillionth time . They just removed the variance in pDIF, it will still average out to the same DoT

I noticed my wyvern hitting too weak mobs for the same amount repeatedly about a week ago. that had never happened before. maybe its been in for a little while.

it looks like it affected all weapons in one way or another
