This is the much-rumored Nobuo Uematsu song added in the last patch - the overture of the Lay of the Immortals, very key to the CoP story. I won't tell you how to get it since I don't wanna be kamikaze'd, but I will say it is CoP-mission related, and if you havent heard it yet you may want to hold off downloading ^_^
