I am not new to savage raiding but I am new to looking at the recommended sets and what materia is needed. I switch between SCH and WHM for different content as my Co-Healer is also a flexer. But I have noticed that my materia build for WHM is vastly different than SCH's, which makes sense. SCH needs far more SP than WHM.
My suggestion is making a loadout option where we can switch between different materia presets (ones we manually put materia into for this purpose.) It would be nice to have an option to switch from my WHM materia build to a SP build without having to waste materia by retrieving it every time we switch to a class that needs a different materia setup for the same gear.
If it functioned the same way as melding does already, we would still have the same 40% chance of failing if we need to fix or remove some.
Pentamelds I can see being harder to do, so I think the option for melding in general should still stay but with an added loadout option as well.
I might be missing information that makes this viable so feel free to add in your two cents.
