Supposedly the Steal rate is pretty shitty. I got lucky though, 1/1 on Steal lol. He isn't that hard to melee to death with a hardcore evasion build and capped marksmanship though.

I did it via melee means as well because my steal rate is pretty much the same as my TH =).
