In-game time: 7:59PM
Steps: Put on Lyse hair on Elezen female specifically
1. Strands of the hair are missing
2. Put on hat, still missing pixels
3. Rebooted game, still missing pixels in hair
4. Friend see's issue as well, so not an isolated issue on my end, but an in-game bug.
5. Checked other races to see if issue was there, it only affects Elezen
