I was recently (June 30th) invited to a Platinum-tier Ceremony of Eternal Bonding, but none of the guests received a minion afterward! I have been utterly unsuccessful getting any kind of customer service regarding this matter, so I thought I should just try to attend another wedding and hope for the best!
