Yeah, that's a kickass way to do profiles... I'm not a fan of the layout... but auto-update from the server itself, no manual entry crap! /cheer!
 
I already created our LS community group this morning. But it should add you to it automatically I think.

It does, you have to login with your PlayOnline ID and Password to login, after that, SE/POL does all the work. :)
 
I think I picked the right color, or close to it, as well. But the blue's look so similar it's hard to tell.

Unless I forgot how to read, this is saying that they can start charging us for this at any time and not tell us until we see our bills at which point they call us up and laugh at us?

I'm not sure this is something I would want to pay extra for, but we will see.

And the blue is nothing like our blue lol. Might have been closer to pick a green or something :D

Where are those options since SE and GM's clearly ignore the obvious.

After making profiles for our LS for well over a year now, I'm kind of torn about this...it's more efficient and saves me from having to screw with it anymore, but then again, all the time I spent doing it is moot now :o

Still, I like it. It'll be interesting to see how it all fleshes out after the beta.
 
My friend Eticket just pointed a feature out on another forum. When you are logged in to your community you can click on Member List, which initially just gives an alphabetical list of the community's members (link is on a graphic near the middle of the screen usually).

On the Member List screen there will be a list of options before the actual list of characters; the two winners for me are Level Search and Mission. Level Search can let you query for a list of other community members within a 0~5 level range of any one of your jobs, which would be nice for trying to find a set group to exp with.

The Mission query lets you select a mission (options are the nation missions, ZM, CoP, and ToAU/Assault); initial results for the Mission query result is a hierarchy list of community members, organized by shell owner / sack holder / shell holder, and each group is organized alphabetically. Clicking on the far right column header then organizes the group by which mission they are on; this is nice since you can see who is close to you for stuff like CoP or ToAU stuff.
