Was curious as to how u guy's handle the phase 2 transition with the Spirits?

Match your two hours with his two hours? Maybe its the Ebony Panels!
 
Normally you should have 2 of them down, before you get back on the stage. Once both are down just have the raid prep to jump back on off tank , tanks the add beside LK in the middle of the map everyone is burning the spirit through phase 2.
