Steps:
1. Be level 99 with a crafting job
2. Equip your "under level 100" combat job (me was picto)
3. Do a grand company delivery than levels your crafting job to 100
4. The hint level 100 appears for your currently equipped combat job

edit : It's not level 100 hint sorry, but it still appeared when I leveled up.
