Rhalgar's, Idylshire, and Mor Dhona all allow you to mount in the city proper. That makes navigating and interacting with the hub itself smoother. Please stop designing massive end-hub cities with terrible aethernet placement if you are not going to let us mount. Hubs die for the most part about a week after new content drops, I promise you if we can survive 300-person mounted hunt trains we can survive mounts in cities.
