After I log in with the loading screen, the game is crash and show me a blue screen with the error code: video TDR failure, I ask for the staff of Microsoft, it is an error about graph adapter driver. While the error will only happen with ffxiv login, I TEST FOR other games like Dota2 and Crysis 3, and I reinstall Windows 10 twins for different versions 1903 and 1909, but it still existed. Now I only can apply for your help !!! And please tell me if you need the log file about the blue screen.
