I switched to a new VPN(Teemo VPN, you won't find it on Google, it's doesn't have English version), then I checked my ping in resources manager-TCP connections it says 20ms which is incredibly lower than my last VPN (150ms) but I feel almost no difference in game, also I'm unable to ping to the server in cmd, it says pocket loss 100%, how am I suppose to connect to the game if pocket loss 100%? I live in Asia Taiwan play on NA datecenter, how is it physically possible to get 20ms ping? Is my VPN somehow managed to lie about ping?
