Incohérence du système de drop des équipements de donjons (mirages d’ensemble/bahut)

Hello,

Since Patch 7.5, the addition of dungeon gear sets to the glamour system, as well as the inclusion of more recent items in the Armoire, is an excellent initiative. It encourages completionism, collection, and gives real value to older content.

However, this change highlights a significant inconsistency in the dungeon reward system.

Currently, leveling dungeons in each expansion guarantee a piece of gear matching the player’s job at the end of the instance. This system is particularly appreciated because it greatly reduces RNG-related frustration, ensures tangible progression, and makes completion realistically achievable without relying solely on luck.

On the other hand, level 60, 70, 80, 90, and 100 dungeons do not benefit from this system. This leads to several issues: extremely long farming times entirely dependent on RNG—even when targeting a single specific piece of gear—significant frustration, especially for players aiming for full set completion, an inconsistency with the current direction of the game which clearly encourages completion through glamour sets, and a loss of motivation to revisit this content.

As it stands, completing certain sets can require a very high number of runs with no guarantee of progress, which strongly contrasts with the experience provided by leveling dungeons.

I believe an improvement would be beneficial to better align these systems with the game’s recent design direction. Here are a few possible solutions:

Add a guaranteed job-specific gear drop at the end of level 60/70/80/90/100 dungeons
Introduce a token system that allows players to exchange for gear pieces, including for leveling dungeons
Allow these items to be tradable or sellable on the market board

The goal is not to remove RNG entirely, but to ensure a minimum level of progression and reduce excessive frustration.

With the increased importance of glamour collections and the expansion of the Armoire, it seems essential that the reward system be consistent and respectful of players’ time investment.

Have a great day everyone.
