As a healer main I don't really struggle with this but many people I know really have to deal with a lack of healers. I think the first step to filling the pool with healers is doing something like the tiger/lion/bear/panther mounts via achievements for healers. There are a lot of the animals already there too from PvP! (Swan, owl, and elk) If we get a 4th healer, that one could get like a flamingo or maybe an eagle.
I hope they can do this for the sake of DPS/tank queues for things like leveling and such. It would be great and would make for some cool mounts!
