IGE Sued?

Who the hell is "Mr. Hernandez", sounds like a regular person trying to sue IGE. Somehow i doubt this will do more than be a list of stuff that pisses people off who play WoW.

If Mr. Hernandez is someone in the Blizzard realm it may make an impact. Guess we'll just watch and see.
 
I've been reading the usual news spots, it appears to be a 'regular' WoW player and not Blizzard itself.

Sort of thought that when I saw the Plaintiff name as well.
 
It's an interesting read to go through the brief.

I find it funny that they're likely able to bring the law suit because IGE has offices in the plaintiff's district.
 
This case involves IGE's calculated decision to reap substantial profits by knowingly interfering with and substantially imparing the intended use and enjoyment associated with consumer agreements between Blizard Entertainment and subscribers to its virtual world called World of Warcraft.
