If you're having trouble with the EW sweepstakes entry page (gleam.io)

If you're having issues entering the Endwalker anniversary sweepstakes, like the page (gleam.io) seems it won't "remember" you or one or more of your entries, or recognize that you did the task required:

1. Disable Enhanced Tracking Protection on Firefox, and similar features built into other browsers.

(In Firefox: at the top of your window below the tab bar, to the right of the refresh/home buttons, and to the left of the address bar, there is a shield button. Click it and then click the switch at the top of the drop-down menu. You can report the site as broken but imo it's not worth the trouble.)

2. Disable privacy protection and ad-blocking extensions you have installed. For myself I just had uBlock so I turned that off.

Try entering or logging in again.

This solved my problem completely; it kept making me create an account every time I completed an entry task, and then it would only remember that one entry as being completed, even though this whole time I was supposedly already logged in w/my Google account.

If worse comes to worst:

3. Clear ALL cookies and caches in your browser. If you don't know how to do that, Google it.

4. Disable ALL extensions. Uninstall them if you think it'll help.

5. Try a different "normal" browser, i.e., plain, general-release, non-beta Chrome.

Beyond that I got nothing and you're better off contacting either SE support or gleam.io support, if that exists.
