Mainly wondering because some games like ESO allow you to buy some famous houses as a instance, and a new ff14 playing friend was going though Hawkke Manor as part of the story and I caught myself thinking "You know, this would actually be a nice house if it had way less demons and a bit of a cleanup. Can I talk to Kan-e Senna about a discount if I permanently clean out the infestation problem for her?"
