I believe all healers should have different kits but with the same capabilities (shield, heal, regen, mitigation) but done differently.
let me give you example:
I would give a Metrix to have the design philosophy,
Is healer Hard casting or Soft casting?
Is healer playstyle is DPS or Support Buffs or Dots?
Is healer Reactive or Proactive?
if count the possibilities that would be 2 x 3 x 2= 12 possible healers that could fit with different kit that have same capability.
In my opinion I will fill current job Metrix like this:
White mage: Hard Cast, DPS, Proactive
Scholar: Soft Cast, Dots, Proactive.
Astrologian: Hard Cast, Support Buffs, Precative.
Sage: Soft Cast, DPS, Reactive
if I add 2 extra jobs that will be for example Alchemy, Warden:
Alchemy: Hard Cast, Dots, Reactive.
Warden: Soft Cast, Support Buffs, Precative.
What other jobs that you would suggest?
