Trying to buy items, had 1100 crysta in account already (why waste $11), so I topped it off to 3400 Crysta so I could buy what I wanted. Payment for Crysta went through no problem and Crysta is shown in my balance, but then when I tried to actually use the Crysta aka THEIR OWN CURRENCY, I get error i2501.
Info would be appreciated, tried the various fluff that is floating around on reddit, none of which worked. The support center is talking about sending e-mails? (Hello 1995) So I did, but my faith in a support center that works of e-mails is almost non existent. I think we all know where that is going, it's gonna sit unread for the next 2 months then when I forget about the issue entirely I'll get some random e-mail telling me to try again/ thank you for my patience we can't help you at this time.
If I''m wrong, then ok, but it's based on my dealings with other companies that refer people to an e-mail support center. So I figured I'd try here as well since you guys seem to actually respond to people. Tried to post this in another section that seemed more appropriate but was told I didn't have authorization.
